Very happy with my first experience of this website. Ordered two pair of ankle boots, were very good quality and comfortable. I had to send one pair back as they were not a good fit and the only reason I did not give 5 stars was that there was a very long wait for the refund (I think it did mention this in their policy, but the wait was even longer then what was expected). The customer service when I queried about this was excellent however. I received a reply within 3 minutes of sending an email with the assurance my refund would be processed manually straight away..! I would not hesitate ordering from them again.

Brought trainers for my husband, supposed to be extra wide, they were extra narrow, very disappointed with these trainers.

I have never been disappointed with Pavers service. The clogs I purchased were extremely comfortable, like wearing slippers. I buy all my shoes and slippers from Pavers and have never had to return any single one.

Arrived on time. Shoes are excellent quality and a great fit. Really comfortable. Have just made another purchase.

These navy ankle boots are perfect. Great quality, really comfortable and a reasonable price. I am delighted.

ordered 3 pairs of sandals in the sale all in a size 4, 2 came in a prefect fit, the 3rd was a size 6, no real drama because my daughter took these as they were her size, however when i went back onto the site to buy them again they were out of stock in my size, the only size left was a 6, a bit stupid sending whatever size they have left if the size you ordered is out of stock! happy enough with the sandals that arrived in the correct size though.

Made a mistake while placing an order even though it was outside working hours emailed customer service in the hope of sorting out the mistake. Almost immediately I got an email back and my error was sorted out straight away.First time using pavers will be using again.

Found a stylish design, extra wide fitting essential, very comfortable and normal price halved. Bought two colours. Very pleased after a couple of days wear. Went back for two more pairs. Sold out but available from other branches. Ordered, but nearby branch closed due Covid19. Delivery offered to home address. Accepted. Trouble taken to send a third pair early, then very pleased to hear that the fourth pair is on its way. All at half price. Delighted.

Delivery was very prompt.I have tried the trainers on and they feel comfy , not quite the weather to try them outside.

One of the worst companies I've ever used. They tell me my order has been fulfilled but I certainly have not received it. I emailed them and they told me on the 7th January my order was being sent to my home address. Still waiting 12 days later. No reply to my latest email. First and last time I will order online with them.
